Kristen's employment practice focuses on the employee, representing employees in class and collective action litigation for overtime pay, minimum wages, regular wages and commissions.
Kristen currently represents thousands of workers in certified and conditionally certified class/collective actions against Wal-Mart, Federal Express, 1-800-East-West Mortgage Company, D&R Paving and other major companies. She also represents thousands of temporary staffing workers in a wage and tip theft case, construction workers in a prevailing wage and overtime case, call-center employees in a minimum wage and overtime case and cable installers in an overtime case.
