Kristen Hurley is a civil employment litigator.
Practice Areas
Kristen's litigation practice focuses on Massachusetts wage and hour violations,
FLSA claims and breach of contract matters. She also regularly assists the Firm
in its representation of clients through a wide range of complex litigation matters.
Experience
Prior to joning the Firm, Kristen was a law clerk with Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster,
PC where she advised clients with respect to wrongful termination, vicarious liability,
fiduciary duties and employment law matters. Prior to her service as a law clerk,
Kristen worked as a paralegal and research librarian from 1993 until 2002.
