Kristen’s employment practice focuses on the employee, representing employees in class and collective action litigation for overtime pay, minimum wages, regular wages and commissions.
Kristen has represented thousands of workers in certified and conditionally certified class/collective actions against Wal-Mart, Federal Express, Ryder, 1-800-East-West Mortgage Company, D&R Paving and other major companies. She has also represented thousands of temporary staffing workers in wage and tip theft cases, construction workers in prevailing wage and overtime cases, call-center employees in minimum wage and overtime cases, and cable installers in overtime cases.
