EEOC Charges Climbing

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has released data from the 2016 fiscal year. Charges of workplace discrimination have increased for every protected class. The top five employment charges for 2016 were:

1. Retaliation
2. Race
3. Disability
4. Gender
5. Age
