All communications you send to us are strictly confidential, even if you do not hire our firm. However, do not send any confidential information about a matter until you receive a written statement from us confirming that we represent you.

Please note that we receive a large number of inquiries, and we may not respond to every message. Unless you have signed and exchanged a written fee agreement with the Gordon Law Group, we are not required to provide information about statutes of limitation, warn you of deadlines, or assist in filing a claim on time.

Submitting an inquiry through this website, or receiving a response from us—including any legal advice—is not intended to create, and does not create, an attorney-client relationship. It also does not create a contract or promise of representation.

The term “Gordon Law Group” refers to all attorneys and staff associated with the firm. No attorney-client relationship exists unless both parties have signed a written fee agreement.

Any information we provide in response to your inquiry is not a substitute for legal advice. You agree not to rely on any advice from the Gordon Law Group, including email or phone communications, unless you have retained the firm and both parties have signed and exchanged the written fee agreement.
